DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy

PlayZ TV respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respond to valid notices of alleged infringement.

Important: PlayZ TV does NOT host, upload, or store any video files, streaming content, or media on our servers. The PlayZ TV application simply aggregates publicly available streaming links from third-party sources. We are a directory service only.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner or authorized agent and believe that a link or content accessible through the PlayZ TV app infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must include:

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
Identification of the material (specific streaming link or channel) that is claimed to be infringing and should be removed.
Your contact information: name, address, email, and phone number.
A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
Your physical or electronic signature.

Submit DMCA Notice

Send all DMCA notices to our designated agent via our Contact page or directly to email: dmca@playztv.tv (for illustration). We will respond within 48 hours.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may file a counter-notice with the same contact. We will restore the content unless the copyright owner files a court action.

Repeat Infringers

PlayZ TV may terminate access for users or third-party sources who are repeat infringers.
